PrometheusAlert Metrics接口说明

PrometheusAlert默认支持Metrics，可通过Prometheus进行收集指标信息，目前该功能处于测试阶段，欢迎体验及提供建议。

目前的metric指标有以下：

• alers_from_count 接收到的告警消息来源count指标

• alers_to_count 发送出去的告警消息count指标
